Wesley found veterans law while serving as Operations Lieutenant for his local fire department during college. Born and raised in rural south Georgia, where he still lives, he attended Valdosta State University in a community that is also home to Moody Air Force Base. Even there, surrounded by military families, he saw how little quality representation Veterans could actually reach. He became a VA-accredited representative in response, and founded United Veteran's Disability in September of 2021.

He has represented some of the nation's finest: a World War II POW, a Korean War Purple Heart recipient, Camp Lejeune Veterans, submariners, Vietnam widows, Coastguardsmen, Infantrymen, FBI agents, and VA employees. Wesley says they share one thread — love of country. He has recovered millions in benefits for Veterans and their families, with a single largest recovery exceeding $525,000 in backpay, and has appeared at the Regional Office level, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, and the Veterans Court. His clients are regularly awarded SMC, compensating them above the 100% rate. He is also involved in class action litigation at the Veterans Court.

A large part of his practice involves Veterans exposed to toxic burn pits. “What we saw with Vietnam Veterans and Agent Orange is playing itself out again with burn pit Veterans. As we learn more about the diseases tied to burn pit exposure, it is important to hold the VA accountable and push for many more to be presumptive — just as the Vietnam Veterans had to fight for over decades.”

Wesley is a sustaining member of the National Organization for Veterans' Advocates, a member of the CAVC Bar Association and Military-Veterans Advocacy, and a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. Outside the practice, he and his wife are working their way through all 63 U.S. National Parks, and share an interest in nature photography.

Mathew C. Reynoso

Matt is a United States Army Veteran, a medically retired Military Police officer, and a former traffic accident fatality investigator. He is a Permanent and Total disabled Veteran and a CRSC recipient. He is also the son of a DIC recipient — his father was posthumously granted service connection for cause of death under the PACT Act. Having sat on both sides of that process, as the Veteran and as the surviving family member, he understands what these claims cost the Veterans and families waiting on them.

That experience is what moved him into advocacy. Matt became a VA-accredited agent and now serves as Director of Appellate Operations at United Veteran's Disability, where his practice centers on complex VA appeals, effective-date disputes, and advanced areas of Veterans law including the Blue Water Navy Act.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and regularly represents Veterans before VA Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, and the Veterans Court. He came to that work by an uncommon route, building his command of the regulations and case law on his own, and it shows in how he explains them: dense authority turned into clear, practical strategy a Veteran can actually follow.

Matt engages frequently with other practitioners on advanced VA practice — appeal strategy, evidence development, post-remand adjudication — with the same goal that drives his casework: better outcomes, and real accountability for the Veterans he serves. Outside the office, he is an avid firearm enthusiast.

Omar Jimenez

Senior Paralegal
United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran

Omar served in the United States Marine Corps from 2010 to 2018 with 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines, Helo Raid Force, running high-stakes joint interdiction operations alongside the Drug Enforcement Administration in Afghanistan, along with multiple operational assignments across Asia. After his service he attended Grand Canyon University's Colangelo College of Business, studying Business Management and building a foundation in strategic planning, leadership, and operations.

A sense of duty to the people he served with pulled him into the legal field. As Senior Paralegal at United Veteran's Disability, he draws directly on his time in uniform to guide fellow service members through complex administrative workflows, evidence development, and disability claims. He is known for a methodical approach to documentation and for steady, persistent advocacy — the work of making sure a Veteran's file says what it needs to say before anyone else reads it.

Born and raised under the Arizona sun, Omar spent years raising cattle and keeps a strong attachment to livestock and agricultural traditions. He is a competitive shooter and CrossFit athlete, an avid baseball and college sports fan, and will not turn down a good steakhouse. He gives his time back to his community coaching T-ball and volunteering at his children's school.

Above all of it, he is a father of two boys and a girl, raising them alongside his wife Hannah. Whether he is advocating for a Veteran or showing up for his family, he brings the same warmth, integrity, and steady dedication.

Samuel Krzyzewski

Executive Aide to the Chief Executive Officer
Former VA Rating Specialist and Hearing Official

Samuel was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where he began a career that would give him a rare perspective on the VA disability system. For sixteen years he served at the Department of Veterans Affairs as both a Rating Specialist and a Hearing Official, adjudicating thousands of disability compensation claims, presiding over pre-determination hearings, and applying the laws that determine whether Veterans and their families receive the benefits they have earned. Over that career he developed deep expertise across VA compensation, pension, and survivor benefits, and firsthand insight into how claims succeed — and why too many fall short.

After more than a decade on the other side of the table, Samuel was ready for a new challenge. He brought that experience to United Veteran's Disability, where he now serves as Executive Aide to the Chief Executive Officer. His work spans every type of VA disability claim and appeal, drawing on years of evaluating evidence, identifying legal errors, and applying complex statutes, regulations, and court precedent to help Veterans pursue the benefits they deserve.

His practice is grounded in an extensive command of Title 38 of the United States Code, Title 38 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and binding precedent from the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He has significant experience with service connection, disability evaluations, effective dates, retroactive benefits, hearing procedures, due process, and the identification of Clear and Unmistakable Errors. He is also recognized as a subject matter expert in Nehmer claims. Having spent years drafting VA decisions and weighing both medical and lay evidence, he understands what decision-makers look for, how credibility is assessed, and where a claim can be strengthened before it ever enters the VA bureaucracy.

What sets Samuel apart is the perspective he brings from inside the VA. He understands not only what the law requires, but how the VA applies it in practice. That lets him approach every case with the mindset of someone who was once responsible for making the decision, helping Veterans build stronger claims and navigate a complicated system with confidence.

Outside of work, Samuel's favorite role is being a dad to his daughter. Whether he is spending time with her, throwing darts, longboarding through Arizona, or enjoying live music, he values the moments that keep him grounded and remind him why advocating for Veterans and their families matters.
